Safe Photography for Everyone
At CarmelaConza.com the safety of everyone is very important to us. Regardless if you are having individual sessions in your home, or off sight in a group, we want you to be able to have the highest quality memories captured and professional photos and provide our service in a way where we follow all Health Canada Covid Protocols.
SCHEDULING:
Photo sessions require advanced booking. You can email us directly at [email protected]
PRE SCREENING SESSION:
Prior to your booking we will schedule a session to screen all clients and their guests (if applicable) to ensure that no one in the scheduled group is sick. This includes symptoms as well as a travel history and their history of exposure to others with possible Covid19 symptoms.
NOTE: We will NOT be asking if someone is vaccinated or request proof of vaccination.
SMALL GROUPS, MASKS and SOCIAL DISTANCING:
- Group sizes will be limited to 10 people. If there are more in the immediate family we can have a consultation to discuss your needs further.
- For groups that live together (a family unit), no social distancing between them is required.
- If we are photographing people that do not live together, they must maintain a distance of at least 2 metres (6 feet) between those groups. Photographer will also keep two metres between clients. The same guidelines are recommended when doing a shoot “on location”
- 2 metre (6 foot) distance between photographer and client during session.
- When posing we will provide clients directions which must be verbal and/or example with “no touch” posing as much as possible.
- For indoor sessions, you may choose to wear a “non-medical” mask during your session. You do not need an N95 mask or gloves.
